Every year, from October to April, Martillo Island in the Beagle Channel of Argentina becomes a temporary home to thousands of penguins. This is when they embark on their crucial journey of breeding and nurturing their young, a captivating and heartwarming spectacle.

The Perito Moreno Glacier is a breathtaking place to visit in Patagonia.  The glacier is located in Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina's southwestern Santa Cruz province.  Perito Moreno is one of the most famous attractions in Argentine Patagonia.

It was January of 2020. Just as the pandemic began moving across Europe and land in North America, we found ourselves in South America.
