Anthony Bourdain made me look at the world differently. His travel show, Parts Unknown, opened the world to us all. He made me feel like we were all more alike than we were different and that there wasn't as much to fear about the world as I thought.

One show that stood out to me was the Ha Noi, Vietnam episode. I have probably watched that one 20 times. It was the reason my husband and I started going to Vietnam in 2017 and continue to return. Anthony said about Vietnam..." once you love it, you'll love it forever." Ditto.
