The Colorful Neighborhood of La Boca, Buenos Aires

It was January of 2020. Just as the pandemic began moving across Europe and land in North America, we found ourselves in South America.

Our first stop was Buenos Aires, known for its culture, energetic nightlife, vibrant art scenes, elegant architecture, political history, and the tango.

One of the many barrios (neighborhoods) of Buenos Aires is La Boca.

La Boca is the home of the world-renowned football club, the Boca Juniors.

This is a popular destination for tourists visiting Argentina, with its colorful houses, pedestrian street, the Caminito, and lots of tango dancing!
